Would anyone be available this Thursday to attend an event with Steve Young? I am in communications with Ken to confirm if this event is open to Cub Scouts.
Please let me know of your interest as soon as possible. There is no guarantee we will have the chance to go on stage with Mr. Young and please do not mention this to your Scout until we know for sure.

Steve Young this Thursday night at the Friends of Scouting Dinner?
If so, Please read the following information and respond
no later than this Tuesday, February 26, by 5 PM.
What: 2008 Friends of Scouting Kick-Off Dinner
When: Thursday, February 28, 2008
5:00 pm - Arrive at the registration table in front of the Grand Ballroom ready to go!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Mic check and program walk-through
7:00 pm - Program begins and Scouts in place
Where: The Disneyland Hotel, Grand Ballroom

Who: Keynote Speaker, NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback, Steve Young and 30
Other Details: Please arrive at 5:00 pm in full Class-A uniform. No Shorts or tennis shoes. Brown or Black shoes only. Each Scout should attend with (1) adult. A gift certificate to the ESPN Zone will be given to each Scout and their adult escort on Thursday evening. When you confirm your attendance, please be sure to include the name of your adult escort. There are no available seats at the dinner, so each Scout and their adult escort, will be directed to the ESPN Zone after Steve Young's speech in Downtown Disney.
